Fuel to Lose subscriptions are managed entirely through your Apple ID and the App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone โ†’ tap your name at the top โ†’ tap Subscriptions โ†’ find Fuel to Lose โ†’ tap Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not process refunds for partial billing periods, but you can contact us for help with any billing concerns.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" below the sign-in button. Enter the email address associated with your Fuel to Lose account and tap Send Reset Link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from us. Click the link in that email to create a new password. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes or need further help, email our support team.

When you download Fuel to Lose and choose a plan, you'll get full access to every feature for 14 days completely free โ€” no credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will begin automatically if you haven't cancelled. You'll receive a reminder before your trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial through your Apple ID Subscription settings at no charge.

Simply open the app, tap the camera icon on the food log screen, and take a photo of your meal. Our AI analyzes the image to identify individual food items on your plate and estimates the portion sizes. Within seconds, it populates your food log with the estimated calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats. You can review and adjust any entries before saving. The scanner works best with clear photos taken in good lighting. It is designed as a quick-log aid โ€” for highly specific nutritional targets, we recommend verifying entries manually.

Yes โ€” the Injury & Recovery Program feature was built specifically for this. During onboarding (or at any time from your profile settings), you can select one or multiple injured or post-surgery areas such as knee, shoulder, lower back, hip, and more. The app will generate a customized workout plan that works around your limitations while keeping you active and progressing. Always consult with your physician or physical therapist before starting any exercise program following an injury or surgery.

Download Fuel to Lose from the App Store on your new device and sign in with the same account credentials you used originally. If your subscription doesn't restore automatically, go to the app's Settings screen and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase. If you continue to experience issues, contact our support team with your account email and we'll sort it out promptly.
